New Delhi: Delhi captain Ayush Badoni scored a strong double century against Jharkhand in the Elite Group D of Ranji Trophy. In the match played at Arun Jaitley Cricket Stadium, Badoni played an unbeaten inning of 205 runs in 216 balls. With the double century of captain Ayush Badoni, Delhi team drew the match against Jharkhand. In this innings, Ayush also hit 16 fours and 10 sixes. Apart from Badoni, no other player could do wonders for Delhi.

In the match, Jharkhand team, batting first, scored 382 runs with the help of Kumar Kushagra’s 156 and Virat Singh’s half-century. In response, Delhi team declared its innings on the last day of the day after scoring 388 runs at the loss of 7 wickets, due to which the match was declared a draw.
