3 overs, 3 run -out appeal and all three disputed decisions, WPL ruckus due to third umpire

Jingle Bells was not watching the umpire?
The first run out against Shikha Pandey was uplifted in the 18th over. Then against Radha Yadav in the 19th over and against Arundhati Reddy on the last ball of the last over. On all three occasions, when the batsman’s bat was seen out of the crease on the batsman’s light. Every time the umpire showed many times. But it seemed that the third umpire was not focusing on the burning of Gayatri Bells. She was seeing whether the Bells stumped completely or not. Perhaps this is why the batsmen were given not out.
Former New Zealand and RCB head coach Mike Hessen tweeted on it. He wrote- I do not know why the umpire decided today that Jinger Bells would not be applied? Once the bails are burnt, the connection breaks, so the wicket disintegrates. It occurs in sports conditions. There has never been a confusion like the last 10 minutes.
