Actually, 34-year-old AI engineer Atul Subhash, working in a private company in Bengaluru, committed suicide at his home. He was a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He has left a 24-page suicide note and a 90-minute video, in which he has accused his wife and her family of harassing him and filing false cases against him.
He said in his suicide note, “I refuse to pay the money and I choose death. Because I do not want my money to be used by my opponents to torture me and my family. Gutter outside the court Let the ashes be shed.”
Now the knocking question is whether the society that raises its voice on every right of women will also raise its fists on the rights of men? The justice that Atul did not get while alive, will he get it after death? Will the judicial system look within itself to ensure that no Atul becomes helpless like this?
Family broken due to son’s death
Atul Subhash has alleged that his wife has filed several cases against him and is now demanding Rs 3 crore. Atul Subhash was working as DGM in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Mahindra & Mahindra Company in Bengaluru City.

Atul’s father Pawan Kumar said, “He told us that the people in the arbitration court do not work as per the law, not even as per the Supreme Court rules. He was transferred from Bengaluru to Jaunpur at least 40 times.” She (the deceased’s wife) must have been disappointed, but she never let us know about the incident at around 1 am. one to the son Sent the mail. It is claimed that after 2 years of marriage, the wife filed cases ranging from dowry harassment, murder to unnatural sexual exploitation against Atul.
He alleged that the wife asked for alimony of Rs 3 crore. Didn’t even let me see my son’s face. The wife’s father died of illness after the marriage but the in-laws filed an FIR for murder. According to Atul’s allegation, the judge in the family court asked for Rs 5 lakh to settle the case. It is claimed that he had to go to court for hearing 120 times in 2 years. It was even alleged that in front of the judge the wife asked why he did not commit suicide and the judge started laughing loudly after hearing this.
Atul lost before his wife, in-laws and judicial system?
Now the question is arising whether Atul committed suicide after being defeated by his wife, in-laws and judicial system? According to Atul, his wife did not even allow him to meet his four and a half year old son. Now, before his death, Atul has left a gift for his son. Those who want it to open when he turns 18 in 2038. The accused in-laws have not yet come forward to say anything in this dispute. As soon as they arrive, their side will also be put forward.
Before taking this drastic step, he recorded an over 80-minute video on Rumble, in which he explained the circumstances under which he decided to commit suicide. In the video going viral on social media platforms, Subhash can be heard saying, “I feel that I should commit suicide because with the money I am earning, my enemies are becoming stronger. “It will be used to destroy me and this will continue.”
He further said, “With my tax money, this court and police system will harass me, my family and other good people. Therefore, the supply of value should end.”

Asked to hand over the custody of the child to the parents
According to the police, preliminary investigation revealed that Subhash was facing marital discord with his wife, who had also filed a case against him in Uttar Pradesh. The officer said he sent his suicide note to several people through email and shared it on the WhatsApp group of an NGO with which he was associated. Furthermore, in his suicide note, Subhash requested that the custody of his child be given to his parents, stating that they could provide better value.
Had hanged himself from the ceiling fan in his bedroom.
According to the information, the police received a call at 6 am on December 9, in which information about suicide was given. When the police reached the spot, they found the house locked from inside. When the door was broken with the help of local people, it was found that 34-year-old Atul Subhash had hanged himself from the ceiling fan in the bedroom using a nylon rope.
Information about this incident was given to his family living in UP, after which his brother Vikas Kumar reached the spot. Vikas Kumar told that Atul’s wife, his mother, his brother and his uncle had implicated him in false cases and had demanded Rs 3 crore for these cases. Due to this, Atul Subhash was deeply depressed, due to which he took his own life. On the complaint of the victim’s family, a case has been registered at Marathahalli station under Section 108 and 3(5) of the BNS Act and investigation is underway.
