Three people died in an explosion in a factory making a kite door in the fort area of Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. Police said that the factory owner is also among those who died in the blast at around 10 am.
Bareilly Superintendent of Police (Traffic) said that the explosion occurred when sulfur, potash and glass were being mixed to apply a kite door. Two people died on the spot in the accident, while the third died in the hospital.
The victims have been identified as factory owners Atik Raza Khan (45) and his employees Faizan (25) and Sartaj (20). The jurisdictional (second) Sandeep Kumar said that the police is investigating the case. The explosion was so strong that panic spread in the area. At present, the bodies have been sent for postmortem.
Local people told the news agency that the sound of the blast was heard for three kilometers. The bodies of the dead bodies were blown away. The people of the area came out of their homes. A similar incident took place in the Manjha factory eight years ago in this area.
It is being told that the police who reached the spot had received information about the gas cylinder burst in someone’s house. But when investigated, it was found that the grinding of glass was going on for Manjhe in the factory, then there was a strong blast. In which 2 servants working with the factory owner also died tragically.
