Balwinder alias Monti, a resident of Alipur Khadar village of Hasanpur police station, is posted as Community Health Officer at Health and Wellness Center in Nauner village. Balwinder proposed to the student on daily day, but the girl refused. After this, he forcibly tried to feed the girl sweets.

When the student refused to eat sweets and tried to avoid it, the accused threw sweets at her. When the student escaped after escaping from her, Cho threw a box of sweets and hit him. During this time, a person present there made a video of the entire incident, in which the accused CHO student is seen to be assaulting the student. In the video, a car is seen standing, in which the accused CHO, victim and another boy are seen in it. The accused first tried to feed the young man sweets to the girl. After the incident, the victim reached Gajraula police station where a complaint was lodged against the accused Balwinder and after that the police registered a case and started searching for the accused youth.

At present, the police have arrested the accused and produced them in the court, from where the accused has been sent a remand and sent to jail in police custody.
