A flight of Indigo Airlines was going to Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday from Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. Emergency landing was made at Chiklathana Airport in Sambhajinagar due to the health of an 89 -year -old woman. According to airport officials, 89 -year -old Sushila Devi rode in Indigo Airlines flight to go from Mumbai to Varanasi. His sudden health deteriorated during the flight, after which the cabin crew informed the pilot. After which the pilot conducted the flight emergency landing at Chiklathana Airport in Sambhajinagar.
On the spot, the medical team reached the spot and investigated the woman, but by then she had died. Sushila Devi was a resident of Mirzapur, who died on the flight due to deteriorating health.
Police completed the necessary formalities
As soon as the incident was reported, the officers of Midc Cidco Police Station reached the spot and completed all the necessary legal formalities. After this, the flight was sent to Varanasi. According to Indigo Airlines, the body of the woman has been sent to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
