In the Indian Premier League auction, Lucknow Supergiants team had opened its treasury on fast bowler Avesh Khan in the year 2022. Lucknow team had made a big bid of Rs 10 crore on Avesh Khan. In this way, Avesh Khan became the most expensive selling uncapped player in at least the last 10 seasons.
Krishnappa Gautham is second in the list.
Kushnappa Gautham has also received a lot of money in the IPL auction. Chennai Super Kings team had made a record bid in IPL 2021. CSK team had spent Rs 9.25 crore on Gautham.

Varun Chakraborty, famous as the mystery spinner, has also been the most expensive uncapped player sold in the IPL auction. Punjab Kings team had made a record bid of Rs 8.40 crore on Varun Chakraborty in IPL 2020.
