A surprising case of theft has come to light in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Here, the thieves went to the temple before carrying out the crime and asked for a vow and resolved to offer one lakh rupees if the theft was successful. Four days after the incident, he offered money in the temple and also distributed Prasadi of 50 thousand rupees. However, the police arrested the three after technical monitoring and chasing 900 km.

According to the police, Kanhaiya Lal alias Kana, Mahendra and Hanuman Reger, who hail from Ajmer, together carried out the theft in a shop in Old Mandi in Ajmer. He escaped with cash of Rs 12 lakh kept in the shop of the shop. Before the incident, the main accused Hanuman Reger went to a temple in Bhilwara and prayed that if the theft would be handed over good money, he will offer one lakh rupees in the temple and will do Bhandara.

After getting a huge amount of money in the theft, Hanuman Reger went to the temple and offered one lakh rupees and spent 50 thousand rupees and got a bhandara. After this, the three accused were trying to escape, but the police caught them.

Regarding this whole case, CO Rudraprakash said that the police team chased 900 km in search of the accused and took around 200 CCTV footage. Eventually the police got success and the three accused were arrested.

During interrogation, the accused said that Hanuman Reger (Rs 7 lakh) got the highest out of Rs 12 lakh for the theft, Mahendra got Rs 4 lakh and Kanhaiya Lal got Rs 1 lakh. The police have recovered cash worth Rs 4 lakh from them and bikes used in the incident. At present, the three accused are on police remand and they are being questioned.
