The ASI team has reached Bhadrika Tirtha, one of the 68 pilgrimages of Sambhal. Local administration officials are also present along with the ASI team. The entire pilgrimage is being surveyed in detail by the team. Besides, survey of Chaturmukh well is also being conducted by the administration. It has been claimed that this Chaturmukh well is one of the 19 wells mentioned in mythology.

Bhadrika Teerth has been converted into a pond. Due to which dirty water has accumulated here. In such a situation, the survey team arrived and is removing the dirty water. As the water is being drained, the walls of the shrine have started becoming visible.

Let us tell you that earlier in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, as part of efforts to restore wells and pilgrimage sites and reconnect people with their religious traditions, a team of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) and local administration on Wednesday. Had visited many historical places. These included ancient structures like Firozpur Fort, stepwells (stepped wells) and Chor Kuan.
The ASI team along with DM, SP and SDM also surveyed the Jagrut well located at Kshemnath Tirtha located in Shahzadi Sarai. Where two days ago, when the floor of the well was broken, water was seen inside the well at a depth of only 12 feet. At the same time, during the survey on the temple, the team also took information from the Mahant of the temple, Bal Yogi Dinanath. On the other hand, the ASI team along with the officials also reached the grave of Tota-Myna in Kamalpur Sarai area and after inspection, went inside the stepwell for survey.

Sambhal DM Rajendra Pensia said on Wednesday, “Generally in India, the land of mythology and saints is called a pilgrimage city. If we preserve the places here, tourism will automatically increase and Sambhal will become a pilgrimage city.” “Will become a city.”
