A surprising case came to light from the Auraiya of UP, where it was being run in a tractor-trolley with a train wheels. When Arto’s eyes fell on it, they checked the tractor-trolley. It was learned that the registration of the tractor was for agricultural work, but there was no registration of the trolley. On this, the officer cut the challan of more than Rs 10 lakh of the tractor-trolley.
Actually, the whole matter is of Auraiya’s National Highway, where Arto Sudesh Tiwari was going from an official work, when he looked at a tractor with a trolley. But his texture was a bit strange. In such a situation, the tractor was stopped by the arto and asked for his documents. Investigation revealed that the registration of the tractor was from Rajasthan. The tractor was registered in agricultural work but there was no registration of the trolley.
When the vehicle was seen from the back side, the officers were stunned because the train wheels were installed in the trolley. The weight of the trolley was much higher than its texture. In such a situation, an invoice of 10 lakh 6 thousand rupees of this vehicle was deducted by Arto.
During interrogation, it was found that this trolley was working on the work of a railway contractor. For this, the vehicle owner used to get 85 thousand rupees every month. This standard-free tractor-trolley was running on the roads for the last 5 years, whose weight is said to be equal to 12 wheel trucks.
In this whole case, ARTO Sudesh Tiwari said that last week I was going on NH-19 i.e. Bundelkhand Expressway due to a government work. During this time, I saw a tractor-trolley whose size was quite large. When I suspected this, I stopped him. It turned out that the tractor is registered in Nagaur, Rajasthan, while the trolley is unregistered. When he looked at him from all sides, it came to know that two big size tires were installed in the trolley, along with two train wheels. This trolley was specially built which used to run on the railway tracks and laid the ballast between the railway tracks. The driver of this vehicle could not show any paper, so his challan was cut.
Arto-surprise is that this tractor is registered in Rajasthan, tax free for agriculture purpose and business in Uttar Pradesh for the last 5 years. Such tractor-trolleys are not created by any government approved agency or manufacturer. They are made like this for the native industry. Such vehicles are very dangerous for road safety.
