Shilpa Shirodkar, who ruled the screens in the 90s, surprised her fans by marking her entry into the Bigg Boss house in its 18th edition. While the actress’ initial stint wasn’t gaining momentum, she is currently facing a lot of challenges within the house with the host also schooling her for not taking up a strong stance in the ongoing Bigg Boss 18 game. Meanwhile, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap was the guest of the week, who entered the house to have heartfelt confrontations with the contestants when he asked Shilpa about her equation with her sister Namrata Shirodkar.

In a recently released promo, Anurag Kashyap is seen having a candid and personal conversation with contestants, in which he questioned Shilpa Shirodkar about the ‘diplomatic’ tag she has been given. Responding to it, she said, “Gharwale nahi hai na mere (they are not my family members) who will hold me and say (things)…” She added stating that she is the youngest child in her family much to the surprise of Anurag. and many others. For the unversed, Shilpa Shirodkar is younger to Namrata Shirodkar. The actress further went on to burst the myth and added that because she started her film career and also became a wife and mother before Namrata, because of which many assumed that she is the older one.
Furthermore, when she was asked about her dynamics with Namrata Shirodkar, Shilpa broke down and said, “Meri aur uski ek fight ho gayi thi – jab andar aa rahi thi, toh do hafte tak baat nahi ki thi main usse (Both of us had a fight of sorts. Before I came to the house, I didn’t speak to her for two weeks, I really really miss her a lot. I hope she comes.” Followed by the confession, Shilpa broke down into tears.

Meanwhile, on social media, Namrata Shirodkar has been cheering for her sister Shilpa Shirodkar in Bigg Boss 18. She even posted a heartfelt note for the latter on her birthday and showcased support by encouraging her to ‘get the trophy home’.
