Bobby Deol, Known for his recent resurgeence in Bollywood and ot, spoke in an exclusive conversation on Bollywood hungama‘S lights, camera, podcast with rohit khilnani. The Actor Opened Up About His Experience of Working in Tamil and Telugu Cinema, Sharing Insights Into The differenties and Challenges He Faced.
Bobby deol on Working in South, “Some Films Work, Some don’t but but…”
Currently Working on his fourth south film, bobby reflected on his recent success in Telugu Cinema. “I had a film (Daaku Maharaaj) That came out at the beginning of this year, and it is a success. It was a massy film, released only in Telugu, with Balakrishna sir. The Director’s name was bobby, such a sweetheart, and it was a big success, ”He shared.
However, he has experienced both highs and lows white working in the south industry. He also worked on a tamil film with suriyaya titled Kanguva Last year that didnight performance well. “Some films work, some don’t, but it’s been interesting working in the south,” bobby admitted.
When asked if he feels at home in the south industry, bobby admitted that the language barrier exists but highlighted that the work style feels similar. “It is different. Everyone Speaks Eiter Tamil or Telugu, so you do feel a little a little alienated. But other than that, the working system is almost the same. At the same of the day of the day, you’re jaking a film.”
Despite His Ventures Into Regional Cinema, Bobby’s Heart Still Belongs to Bollywood. He explained that one of the biggest differences is being able to use his own voice in hindi films. “As an actor, your voice isn Bollywood. It’s your voice, your performance, it feels complete.”
