A case of death of an innocent child in the womb has come to light due to negligence of toll plaza employees in Gopalganj, Bihar. In this case, an FIR for culpable homicide has been registered against the toll plaza employees. The police have registered an FIR and started investigating the entire matter.
The incident happened due to jam at toll plaza
It is said that when pregnant woman Garima Pandey of Barhima village went into labour, her family members were taking her to the hospital in a private vehicle. Due to jam at the toll plaza, they had to wait for hours. Due to severe traffic jam, the pregnant woman got delayed in reaching the hospital and the newborn died in the womb.
Plaza employees did not listen to the request
The family members of the woman, who was suffering from labor pain, had appealed to the manager and employees of the toll plaza for help, but no help was received. Due to this, the baby in the womb died before reaching the hospital. Hurt by this incident, the family of the woman, Sonu Pandey, has lodged an FIR against toll plaza manager Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Krishna Mohan Mishra and other employees at Sidhwalia police station. The police have registered a case of culpable homicide and started investigation.
Toll plaza became operational only last month
There is anger among the people of the area due to this incident which happened due to the negligence of the toll plaza employees. Let us tell you that this toll plaza was opened on NH-27 only last month, after which there is a continuous traffic jam here. Due to jam, long queues of vehicles often form on NH-27 and people remain stranded on the road for hours.
The incident is of January 4. In this, FIR has been lodged by Sonu Pandey that his brother’s wife was being taken to Gopalganj after suffering from labor pain. Here, when there was a jam at the toll plaza, a request was made to the toll plaza employees, due to which a dispute took place and due to the delay, the child died. The police is investigating the entire matter.
