UP: Sankki husband took his wife to death, along with aunt and brother buried the dead body – Suspicious Husband Killed His Wife and Buried The Body With The Help of His Aunt and Brother LCLCN

A heartbreaking case has come to light from Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, which has shaken the relationship and trust. Here a skeptical husband strangled his wife to brutally murdered and along with his younger brother and aunt dug a pit in a garbage heap and buried it.
In fact, this entire case was revealed when Asma police station, resident of Sabdalpur Rehra of Himpur Deepa, the deceased’s mother reached Chandpur on 26 March 2025. After this, he lodged a complaint of disappearance of his daughter Ashifa. He told that he had married his daughter to Kamil, a resident of Basta, 5 years ago. But for the last one year, the daughter did not meet him. Asma accused 9 people including Kamil of disappearing her daughter.

Shocking revelations in police investigation
After the initial investigation, when the police interrogated the accused in custody, shocking facts came out. It was learned that Ashifa had married Kamil first, but later got divorced and married his elder brother Adil. Shortly after marriage, Adil suspected his wife Ashifa that she talks to another man. This suspicion took the form of hate and cruelty.
Conspiracy and implementation of murder
According to the police, during November 2023, Adil, along with his brother Kamil and aunt Chandni, strangled him to death. After this, the body was dug in a garbage heap near Naiwala to Halupura road and buried three to four feet below. When the police excavated the accused on the spot, the remains of the deceased were recovered. The relatives of the deceased were also present on the spot during this excavation.
Police action
Police station Chandpur police has arrested the accused Adil and Kamil in this sensational case. After interrogation, the case was previously registered from Section 87/3 (5) BNS to now converted to section 302 (murder), 201 (eradication of evidence) and 34 (shared criminal acts) of the Indian Penal Code. Police said that further investigation is going on and other accused will also be caught soon.
