Due to the teacher recruitment case, Mamta Banerjee and Trinamool Congress have suffered a lot. In July 2022, Partha Chatterjee, a minister in the Trinamool Congress government, was arrested, who has not been able to get bail till now. Mamta got a big opportunity with some relief

The Supreme Court has also made relief arrangements for the disabled and innocent candidates in the judgment, and has also asked the West Bengal government to start the process of reinstatement.
