China’s 5% discount offer to India, what is the real reason behind this?

China has proposed 5% discount on import imports to India’s companies. This offer has come due to 125% recipes and recipe tariffs made by the US, which can cause huge loss to China’s electronic industry. China wants to maintain its stake with this offer and enter the US market through India.
