A woman from Gangoh area police station in Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh has accused her in -laws. He had given cash, jewelery and a car in dowry more than his status. But his in -laws were dissatisfied. He was demanding an additional 25 lakh rupees cash and a Scorpio car from his daughter. The victim’s family refused to fulfill these demands.
Angered by this, Sonal’s in -laws expelled her from the house. He was fiercely and physically tortured. After this, a panchayat was called in the village. The panchayat sent him in -laws again. During this time, the in -laws put Sonal infected HIV -infected and even tried to kill her. After the daughter’s health deteriorated, her parents admitted her to the hospital, where it was found that she is HIV positive.
The SHO said that Sonal’s parents alleged that he was given random medicines. He has also been imposed HIV -infected injection, which has threatened his life. After this, the victim side approached the court for justice. A case has been registered against four people, including Sonal’s husband and brother -in -law at Gangoh police station on February 11, after the order of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court on 10 February. Investigation of this case has been started.
