According to the information, an 80-year-old retired government officer lived in a high-rise society in Sector-6 of Dwarka, who died last year. His wife also died in 2019, as the couple had no children. That’s why the flat was lying vacant. Land grabbers took advantage of this and took possession of the flat by preparing fake documents. Using fake documents, he sold the property to a buyer named Sunny Yadav for Rs 1 crore 85 lakh.
This matter came to light when in the month of October this year, a person lodged a complaint at Dwarka South Police Station that some unknown people had taken over the flat on the first floor of his brother-in-law’s apartment in Sector-6 by making fake documents to grab the property. Have done.
The mastermind is a resident of Rajouri Garden.
Police said that the accused named Sarabjit told during interrogation that his associate Pawandeep Singh alias Prince (43) is a resident of Rajouri Garden. He is a property dealer by profession and also the mastermind of this case. Pawandeep revealed that he has already been arrested in a murder case, where he came in contact with some people who were his associates and asked him to make fake documents of vacant plots and flats and help them earn easy money. Got the idea to sell it.
The mastermind had fled to Himachal Pradesh
Pawandeep prepared fake documents of the flat and showed Sarabjit’s 70-year-old mother Rajendra Kaur as the owner of the flat and sold the property. Police said that Pawandeep came to know about Sarabjit’s arrest, so he fled to Himachal Pradesh, from where he was arrested in October. After the arrest of her son, his mother Rajendra Kaur also went underground. He was caught from Santnagar Extension of Delhi.
