In an exclusive interview with Bollywood HungamaAdarsh shared his insights on why franchises have become a key part of the industry and why every actor now seeks to be a part of one.

Adarsh explained that for actors, opting for franchise roles has become a smart move as it guarantees an audience and recall value. “I feel franchises are the most convenient thing for an actor to opt for because you are assured of an audience and assured of recall values. You don’t have to explain to them what the film is all about,” he added. “If you are going to watch Bhool Bhulaiyaa you know it’s a horror comedy film. You know those characters. When you go to see Singhamyou know that Ajay Devgn is going to play that cop in the film. It makes it much easier.”
Adarsh further emphasized how these established characters and narratives are becoming the most convenient options for actors looking to build lasting appeal, predicting that the trend will only continue. He also mentioned, “So, I think going forward you’ll be hearing a lot of announcements and 2025 is filled with franchises.”
