The actor told, ‘Salman Bhai has helped me a lot. He has always been standing for me. He is like my elder brother. He loves my father very much. Salman Bhai had told my father that he would like to show the teaser of my debut film ‘Jimmy’ with his film ‘Partner’. At that time ‘partner’ was being released.
‘Our entire family went to see’ partner ‘in the theater. That film was complete houseful. Govinda was making his comeback. When the teaser of my film came, people became silent. But after 5 seconds, he started clapping. I was 24 years old at that time, I thought I have come now. People started whistling after seeing my dance and started dancing. I had reached my seventh sky.
Mimoh further said, ‘I felt that I had become a star. I felt very good but when the film was released on Friday, the phone stopped ringing. The checks bounced and all this happened immediately. At that time my whole world was ruined. I thought my life is over. I did not leave the house for a year.
When Mimoh broke, Salman helped to wake up trust
Mimoh says that during this time he used to go to many casting directors to audition. But they were being rejected from everywhere. But one day Salman inspired him in such a way that he had the courage to work back. Mimoh says, ‘Salman Khan was shooting for his film’ Sultan ‘. He called my mother like this and said that you send Mimoh on the set of my film. He lives like a superstar, he has an aura. I spent one day with him.
He pointed to an assistant director on the set and said that you are feeling difficult to do this work, but you look at it, they are not even getting a chance to struggle. I still remember his point that give me a chance. Salman Bhai told me that Mimoh, you should stay and I will stand with you. You will definitely have a chance.
