Many veteran filmmakers in the Bollywood industry have raised this issue. Most say that the Hindi film industry is struggling. Already, the scope of the film being a hit has reduced. Producers do not want to play bets on new televisions. There is a fear in everyone’s mind. Actress Richa Chadha has expressed her opinion on this issue. Let me tell you that recently Richa had produced the film ‘Girls Will Be Girls’ with her husband Ali. The new talent was given a place by the actress in this film.
Richa raised his opinion
Richa recently said during a conversation with Hindustan Times- We should give more chances to newcomers. But it is very sad to see how the legendary filmmakers stereotype the new talent in Bollywood. I can speak this to my personal experience. If we see Math of business, no one wants to give a chance to anyone. Not only filmmakers, actors are also responsible for this.
“When a big film flops with a big star, people start feeling safe in the industry. In the film, those people put item songs and put some action sequences, which can earn money. But over time you are revised that until you innovate in the industry, nothing will be achieved.”
The success rate in the South Indian film industry has become high. Richa said- We should learn from those people. We should learn from them how a big star takes risk on a narrator. Those people keep the ticket price of the film very cheap, due to which people come more in theaters. He makes a film for his fans. There is something reverse here. When the film is big, people greatly increase the ticket price here. I have just become a new producer, who has made only one film and I am an actor by profession, do I have to say all this to the media? Big stakeholders should see all this.
