A shocking incident has come to light in Bengaluru. Here a 20 year old woman was blackmailed and cheated of Rs 2.5 crore by her own lover. The mastermind of this fraud is her lover Mohan Kumar, who extorted money and valuable property from the woman with the help of private videos.
The victim and Mohan Kumar met during their boarding school days. Although they lost touch for some time, they started meeting again after a few years and their relationship blossomed into love. Mohan promised marriage and persuaded her to go on several outings, where he recorded private videos.

Made private video and then blackmailed
Mohan Kumar had assured to keep these videos private, but he later misused them. He cleverly ensured that his face was hidden in the video, and took advantage of them to start blackmailing the woman. He threatened that if his demands were not met he would make the video viral.
Crores transferred to lover’s bank account
Fearing for her family’s reputation, the woman quietly withdrew Rs 1.25 crore from her grandmother’s account and deposited it in the bank accounts specified by Premi Kumar. Apart from these, she also gave Rs 1.32 crore in cash to her lover at different times. In frustration, Kumar’s demands started increasing.

Asked for watches, jewelery and even an expensive car
Mohan Kumar even asked for luxury watches, jewelery and an expensive car, apart from these he also gave money for his favorite clothes many times. Fed up with Mohan Kumar’s greed, the woman finally sought help from the police. The police took immediate action and arrested him.
