UP News: The horrific accident that took place on National Highway-34 in Sumerpur, Hamirpur shocked the people. A fire broke out after two trucks collided head-on, due to which both the drivers were burnt alive and died a painful death. A heart-wrenching video of this incident has surfaced. After the information, police and fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and extinguished the fire, but by then it was too late. At present this matter is being investigated.
According to the information, this accident happened near the petrol pump located on National Highway 34 near Mandi of Sumerpur police station area. Here two speeding trucks collided head-on. After this, both the trucks caught fire and flames started rising. After the accident, both the truck drivers got stuck in the trucks themselves. Both the drivers were burnt alive in the massive fire.

Heartbreaking pictures of this incident have come to light. Due to the incident, there was a long traffic jam on both sides of the highway. After receiving the information, fire brigade personnel reached the spot and controlled the fire with great effort, but by then both the trucks were burnt to ashes. There was also a danger that the fire in the trucks would reach the petrol pump.
After the collision of the trucks, the diesel tank of the truck burst and a fire broke out. Within no time both the trucks turned into balls of fire. After the accident, a large crowd of people gathered at the spot. People kept making videos of the incident. The police have taken the body of the truck driver, who was burnt alive after getting stuck in the truck, into custody and has sent it for post-mortem.
