Hindenburg Research founder Nathan Anderson decided to shut down company, gave information in emotional post on

The founder of Hindenburg Research has decided to close his company. He gave this information through an emotional post on X. In which he told in detail about his journey, struggle and achievements.

Nathan Anderson wrote in his message that at the end of last year I had shared with my family, friends and our team that I was deciding to close Hindenburg Research. It had to be finished after completing the ideas we had made. Today, after sharing the last cases with the regulators, that day has come.

Anderson recalled his early struggles, saying that I did not initially know whether it would be possible to find a satisfactory way out, it was not an easy choice, but I was naive to the danger and was very quickly attracted to the work. . When I started this, I had doubts whether I was capable of doing it. Because I did not have traditional experience. I don’t have any relatives in this area. I went to a government school. I am not a clever salesman. I don’t know the right clothes to wear. I can’t play golf. I am not a superhuman who can function on 4 hours of sleep.

Nathan wrote that I was a good employee in most of my jobs, but in most of them I was ignored. When I started this job, I had no money, and after getting hit with 3 lawsuits right out of the gate, whatever money I had was gone. Had I not had the support of Brian Wood, a world-class whistleblower lawyer, who took on the case despite my lack of financial resources, I would have failed at the starting line. I had a newborn baby and was facing eviction at the time. I was scared, but knew that if I stood still I would collapse. The only option I had was to keep moving forward.

‘Easy to succumb to negative thoughts’

Anderson wrote that it is very easy to succumb to negative thoughts and believe what others think, especially when things seem bad, but it is possible to overcome this. I was passionate about it and I gave it the go ahead despite my fears and insecurities. And then it slowly started flourishing. One by one, and without any clear planning, we built a team of 11 incredible people. I hired each of them not because we needed employees, but because when our paths crossed and I saw who they were, I realized it would have been madness not to hire them. They are all smart, focused and fun to work with. When you meet them, they are all very nice and polite, but when it comes to this area, they are ruthless. Who are capable of doing world class work. Like me, our team did not have a traditional financial background. My first employee often refers to himself as a former bartender. We all have the same view of the world, we all have calm exteriors, they are all family to me.

‘We shook some empires with our work’

The founder of Hindenburg Research said that we have all worked very hard, focusing on accuracy and basing our words on evidence. Sometimes that means taking big hits and fighting battles that are bigger than any one of us. Fraud, corruption and negativity often seem overwhelming. While the sense of justice was usually elusive in the beginning, when it happened it was extremely satisfying. It pushed us forward when we needed it. Ultimately we made an impact with our work – a bigger impact than I initially thought. Nearly 100 individuals have had civil or criminal charges brought against them by regulators, at least in part through our work. Including billionaires and oligarchs, we shook some of the empires that needed to be shaken.
