Historic meeting of India-Taliban: Will the picture of Afghanistan change?

There was a historic meeting between India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Mistry and Afghanistan’s acting Foreign Minister Aamir Khan Muttaki in Dubai. This was the first high-level meeting after Taliban rule. Both sides discussed humanitarian assistance, bilateral issues and regional security. India promised to continue helping the Afghan people.
