How dangerous is Hayat Tahrir al-Sham?

The rebel group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, which claims control over Syria, was formed under the name of Al-Nasra Front. The very next year of its formation, the organization pledged its allegiance to Al-Qaeda. However, in 2016, Al Nasra broke its ties with Al-Qaeda.
