In March, two -wheelers filled a lot of furnah – two wheelers filled up a lot in March

In March this year, the two -wheeler market has performed strongly. Most manufacturers have registered an increase in two digits. In March this year, leading two -wheelers like Royal Enfield, TVS Motor, Suzuki Motorcycle and Hero MotoCorp gained increase in domestic sales as compared to March last year. However, the performance of Bajaj Auto has been sluggish during this month. Experts believe that even though the two -wheeler industry has registered a positive growth during March and all major companies have gained two points, the long -term -term approach is pointing to moderate speed.

Anurag Singh, advisor to primary partners, says, “The number of two -wheelers is already high on Indian roads and 2 crore vehicles are expected to be sold annually.” Therefore, in such a situation it can be difficult to maintain the current growth rate. Given the current economic situation, I believe that one digit may increase by about 5 percent during the next three to five years.

It is noteworthy that from FY 2024 to FY 2025, there has been a strong increase in total two -wheeler sales. In FY 2025, the two -wheeler industry added an average of 16.3 lakh vehicles every month. According to this, it is expected that by the end of the industry, around 1.96 crore vehicles will be added, which will be 18.77 percent more than the financial year 2024.
