UP: Woman jumps from moving train while trying to save her son in UP, injured NTC
In Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, a woman jumped from a moving train with her daughter in her arms to save her son. The woman’s son had fallen from the moving train.
Bislapur police station in-charge Sanjeev Shukla said that this incident happened when the woman named Satyawati was going from Bislapur towards Shahjahanpur with her 9-year-old son Nikhil and 5-year-old daughter Sejal.
The police officer said that as soon as the train reached a gate near the sugar mill, Nikhil lost his balance and fell down from the train. Seeing this, the woman jumped from the train in an attempt to save her son. During this time the woman also had her daughter in her lap. All three have been seriously injured.
Medical college referred the injured
He told that all three were taken to a community health center in Bisalpur, where after their first treatment, all three were referred to the medical college for better treatment. Shukla said that the police later reached the spot for legal action.
