Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a special session of the Parliament of Guyana on Thursday, said, “India has never moved forward with an expansionist mindset and has always stayed away from the spirit of appropriating the resources of others.” PM Modi’s statement in Guyana comes amid growing global concerns over China’s expansionist behavior as well as conflicts arising from territorial disputes.
