JEE Mains 2025: Admit cards for JEE-Main January session, the country’s biggest engineering entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), have been released. This examination will start from 22 January and continue till 30 January 2025. Admit cards of students were released on Saturday. The examination will be completely computer based and will be conducted in 11 shifts.

Amit Ahuja, career counseling expert of private coaching institute, said that from January 22 to 29, BE/B.Tech examinations will be held in 10 shifts, while on January 30, B.Arch examination will be conducted in one shift. Admit cards have been issued for the examinations of 22, 23 and 24 January. Admit cards for January 28 and 29 exams will be released three days in advance, while admit cards for January 30 exam will be available before the last day.

Important instructions for students
Ahuja said that entry at the centers will be closed half an hour before the commencement of the examination. Students will be allotted lab through the bar code reader given in their admit card. Along with the admit card students will need these documents and items:
- Completed self-declaration form (in which thumb impression and photograph will be required).
- Original ID proof.
- Transparent pen and water bottle.
- The rough sheet and answer sheet given for the examination must be submitted correctly.
- Electronic gadgets, thick soled shoes and clothes with big buttons will not be allowed.
- Checking will be done through CCTV and metal detector at the examination center.
- Using unfair means during the examination will debar the student from the examination for three years and legal action can be taken against him/her.

rules related to aadhaar
Students who have not provided Aadhaar number while applying will have to fill the undertaking form given in the admit card and submit it at the examination centre. This form has to be submitted with the signature of the special examiner.
Special arrangements for disabled students
Disabled students will be given one extra hour for the examination. Apart from this, the scribe will be provided by NTA itself. Students are advised to follow all the instructions related to the admit card and examination and not to worry unnecessarily. Hard work and focus is very important for exam success.
