CCTV footage of a young man who had come to rob a bank in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has surfaced, in which he is seen entering the bank with a pistol, knife and a pistol. The young man attacked the guard as soon as he entered the bank, after which the bank employees caught him and informed the police.

According to the information, this incident took place in Kanpur State Bank branch. The robber is a third year B.Sc student. He is a resident of Dharampur Bamba. Initial investigation by the police has revealed that the youth had come to the bank with the sole intention of robbing. At present he is being interrogated.

It can be seen in the CCTV footage that as soon as the attacker entered the bank, he went straight to the guard and targeted him and attacked him. After this, the guard caught the young man without caring for his life, but the attacker attacked him with a knife. After this, other employees of the bank came and caught the young man. This entire incident has been captured in CCTV.

The injured youth was sent to the hospital for treatment, where his condition is said to be critical. He is not conscious. The police is waiting for the youth to regain consciousness to gather complete information in this case. Ghatampur police station in-charge Dhananjay Pandey said that complete information regarding the mental condition of the youth has not been received yet. The police is also trying to find out whether the youth had any other motive other than robbing the bank. At present the security of the bank has been increased. There is commotion in the area after the incident.
