In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, three bike-riding youths, who were running away after snatching a woman’s phone, fell from their bike. During this time, the people present at the spot caught the accused and informed the police. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took stock. This entire incident has been captured in the nearby CCTV camera. Police have registered the case and started investigating the matter.
According to the information, this incident took place in Govind Nagar area of Kanpur at around 9:30 pm on January 20. Here, near Popular Dharmakanta, a woman was walking to her home when three youths passed by her riding a bike. After going some distance, they turned the bike and returned, snatched the woman’s mobile and started running away.

During this, the bike of the accused collided with another bike coming from the front. Due to the collision, all three accused fell from the bike. The mobile phone snatched from the woman also fell there.

After the incident, when the people present nearby saw the accused, they immediately ran and caught the accused. During this time, information about the matter was given to the police, after which the police team reached the spot. This entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed nearby.
The police took all three accused into custody. According to the police, the names of the arrested accused are Shubham Gautam, Rishu, and Shiva, who are residents of Bamrohia Juhi area. A case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections.
