Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, who once shared a highly publicized relationship, were spotted together years later at a kids’ event in Mumbai. However, their reunion was far from personal, as they were captured sitting in consecutive rows at the Dhirubhai International School event without acknowledging each other.

The photos, shared by a popular paparazzo Instagram handle, show Kareena sitting diagonally in a row ahead of Shahid. Both actors were there to support their children’s performances but did so in a rather detached manner.
Kareena and Shahid, both dressed casually for the occasion, smiled at their kids’ performances, but not at each other. Shahid wore a white T-shirt layered with a blue denim shirt, while Kareena opted for a rust-colored top. Despite being in such close proximity, they did not interact in the photos or the video footage from the event.
Interestingly, Kareena appeared to be enjoying the event more actively, hooting for her son Taimur Ali Khan, who was performing on stage. The actress also captured the moment on her smartphone, accompanied by her close friend and filmmaker Karan Johar, who was sitting beside her.
Family Connections and Shared Memories
Kareena and Shahid’s children were not the only young stars in attendance. Their respective kids—Kareena’s sons Taimur and Jeh, and Karan Johar’s twins Yash and Roohi—are in the same class at Dhirubhai International School. Shahid’s daughter Misha Kapoor is also a student at the school. However, Shahid’s lack of enthusiasm for Taimur’s performance, as captured in the video, stood in stark contrast to Kareena’s apparent excitement.
The event also attracted other notable figures, including Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan, who were cheering for their son AbRam Khan’s performance. Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan attended with their daughter Aaradhya, while Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh were also spotted in the crowd.
