The actor, who has been jugging multiple projects, shared an update about his production, which was being referred to as merely production no. 7, by unveiling the title as Kalamkaval Along with a first look poster on social media on February 15.

Promising to feature the actor in yet Anotheriguing avatar of an anti-hero, the film will be directed by jithin k jose. Mammootty kompany took to their official social media page to share the details along with the intenses poster and captioned it saying, “Unveiling mammooty kampany’s production no. 7 Titled as #kalamkaval, directed by jithin k jose. Wait for another “Never Seen Before” Mammootty to be Unleashed Soon. ” Fans too shared their happiness over the announcing by posting heart and fire emojis in the comment section.
Speaking further about the cast and crew of the film, Kalamkaval will also feature vinayakan in a key role along with faisal ali as the cinematography and praveen prabhakar as the film editor. While the music is composed by Mujeb Majeed, The screenplay is written by jithu with jishnu sreekumar. The film is also expected to feature some power packed action which will be handled by stunt man sandhosh, fondly knowledge as action sandhosh.
