The city’s enthusiasm reached a fever pitch as he took to the stage, spreading his infectious energy and undeniable charm. As the massive crowd immersed themselves in the electric atmosphere, one familiar face was noticeably absent—Maniesh Paul.

It doesn’t come as a surprise that the comedian-actor Maniesh Paul is often spotted at events where music and entertainment are in full swing. But this time, the actor had to skip the much-anticipated Diljit Dosanjh concert as he decided to attend another live show – the annual day function of his son. The actor played the perfect daddy as he decided to choose to showcase his support towards his son who was performing at the function and penned a sweet note on social media in response to the ones asking him about his absence at the Diljit Dosanjh concert.
He penned a note saying, “People asked me Kal main Diljit paaji ke show mein kyun nahi gaya? Sorry @diljitdosanjh Kal main YUVANN PAUL LIVE show mein tha (school annual day) My son! Heard your show was amazing as always! But cudnt leave my son in the audience and not find me!! It will be interesting to see if Diljit also shares a heartwarming response to this note.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Maniesh Paul will be seen in Tulsi Kumari of Sunny Culturea romantic comedy from Dharma Productions starring Varun Dhawan & Janhvi Kapoor and directed by Shashank Khaitann. Besides this, he will be seen in David Dhawan’s untitled comedy entertainer, which pairs him with Varun Dhawan for the third time after. Jug Jugg Jeeyo (2022) and the yet-to-be-released Tulsi Kumari of Sunny CultureBoth films are slated for release in 2025. Apart from these, Maniesh will also be seen with Esha Gupta in an untitled film.
