Naeem Tantrik, who brutally murdered 5 people of the same family in Meerut, UP, was killed in an encounter. It is being told that Naeem has also committed murders in Maharashtra, Delhi and Uttarakhand. After committing a crime in one state, he used to flee to another state and start living in disguise. Catching him had become a challenge for the police. Naeem was active in the world of crime for about 25 years and was dodging the police. This time also Naeem had tried to mislead the police, but the UP Police killed him.
The police was aggressively after him in the case of murder of five people on January 9 in Lisadi Gate area of Meerut. Meanwhile, on January 26, police received information that Naeem and his associate Salman were present near Madina Colony. After which SWAT, Surveillance and AHTU teams along with CO Ashutosh Kumar along with Lisadi Gate and Lohianagar police station started siege.

Seeing the police, Naeem opened fire, the bullet hit the jacket of Lisadi Gate Inspector. When the police retaliated, a bullet hit Naeem. After this he was taken to the hospital, where he died. Police say that Naeem had committed this murder over a dispute over money and property.
A reward of Rs 50 thousand was announced on Naeem. Earlier also two cases of murder were registered against him. After committing the crime in Meerut, Naeem stayed in many cities. He used to change his name and disguise. The police arrested the other accused Salman who was with him. There was a reward of Rs 50 thousand on that too. Police say that both the accused were living together for 15 years. He is said to be the adopted son of Salman Naeem.
Naeem was a Tantrik and also a professional criminal, people knew him as Naeem ‘Baba’. Apart from UP, he had also committed murders in Delhi, Uttarakhand and Maharashtra. After committing the crime, he used to change his name, disguise and place. Naeem was wanted in several cases. Recently he had killed his step brother Naeem and five members of his family in Meerut.
Let us tell you that on the night of 8-9 January, mason Moin alias Moinuddin (52), his wife Asma (45) and three daughters Aksha (8), Aziza (4) and Alifsha (1) were found dead in Suhail Garden, Lisadigate, Meerut. He was brutally murdered by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon. Bloody bodies of Moin and his wife and three daughters were found near the bed and in the box inside the bed. Naeem and Salman had committed this crime over money and property dispute.
