New Honda Amaze Price & Features: A new competition is starting today in the compact sedan segment. Japanese car manufacturer has officially launched the new third generation model of its famous sedan car Honda Amaze in the Indian market. Equipped with attractive looks and advanced features, the starting price of this sedan car has been fixed at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has included features like Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) in this car.
How is the new Honda Amaze:
A lot of changes are being seen in this car in terms of look and design. Apart from this, the company has also made some changes in the dimensions of the car. The company claims that this car has become a little wider than the previous generation model. Apart from this, better head-room and leg-room are also being claimed in the car. It has a top class boot space of 416 liters which is not available in any other car in this segment.
Power and Performance:
In the new Honda Amaze, the company has given a 4 cylinder petrol engine of 1.2 liter capacity. This engine generates power of 90Ps and torque of 110 Nm (Newton Meter). This car will run on E20 fuel and apart from manual transmission, it has been introduced with Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) automatic gearbox.
How much does it give:
The company claims that the manual variant of the new Honda Amaze is capable of giving a mileage of up to 18.65 km/litre and the automatic variant up to 19.46 km/litre. The settings and tuning of the suspension, steering wheel and braking system of this car have also been improved. Which helps in improving the driving experience of the car.
Car cabin:
The interior of Honda Amaze has also received a major update. A 7-inch digital instrument cluster with an excellent 8-inch floating infotainment system has been included in this car. It also has the facility of wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play connectivity. Apart from this, rear AC vent is also provided for the convenience of rear passengers. Apart from this, facility to customize the cabin theme of the car as per the user is also being provided.

As features, it is being provided with wireless charger, 6 speaker premium surround sound, remote engine start with AC cooling, paddle shifters, driver auto window button, bright map lamp, fully automatic climate control with max cooling. Apart from this, the company has also taken good care of the storage space in the car. Bottle holders on all doors, cup holders with center armrest on the rear seat and plenty of utility pockets are being provided.
First time ADAS in the segment:
Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) is being provided in Honda Amaze. Which is being seen for the first time in the segment. Not only this, the company claims that this is the cheapest car in the Indian market which is being offered with ADAS feature. It is being provided with 28 safety features including auto headlight function, lane watch camera, electronic stability control, hill assist. Delivery of the car will start from January 2025.
