Police said that the incident took place on February 16 at around 10 pm in Agahpur village. When the procession was coming out of Balveer Singh’s house. Then Hitesh and his partner Dipanshu firing Harsh firing the wedding of their friend Rohan. Police said that Vikas Sharma and his family were watching the marriage of their balcony, then a bullet hit his child.

The police officer said that after the incident, a case has been registered under Section 105 (non -irradiated murder) of the Indian Code (BNS) and Arms Act. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Sumit Kumar Shukla said that Deepanshu was already arrested and sent to jail. Hitesh, who has been absconding since the incident, was arrested from Sector 47 of Noida on Saturday. A desi pistol has been recovered from him. At present, further investigation is being done in the case.
