Order of inquiry against Italy PM Georgia Meloni, ICC’s release case case

A judicial inquiry has been initiated against Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni. It is alleged that he has released a Libyan police officer, who was arrested after the ICC’s arrest warrant. However, he has no obligation to resign and is not a proof of the defect facing the investigation in Italy and it is not that any formal charge will be behind it.

For example, it is claimed that Osama Almasari released a Libyan police officer named Nazim, who is accused of committing crime against humanity. In this case, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant against him. After this he was detained, but after some time the Italy PM released him.

ICC sought clarification from Italy PM Meloni

Now the ICC has sought an explanation from Italy PM Meloni as to why they released the Libyan police officer. The ICC also said that there was no discussion with the court regarding release. Meloni released a statement on his social media handle and said that he could not be blackmailed.

Judicial inquiry against Italy PM and cabinet ministers

Posting a video on her Facebook profile, Meloni wrote, “I cannot be blackmailed. I will not panic .. So I say that I do not like people who do not want to change Italy and be better. “Not only PM but also ordered to investigate against the top ministers of his cabinet.

For example, Georgia Meloni said that an inquiry has also been ordered against Justice Minister Carlo Nordio, Internal Minister Matteo Pieldosi and the Cabinet Understanding for Intelligence Affairs, Alfredo Mantovano.
