People are suffering from cold in the mountains, yearning for drinking water.

The outbreak of cold is being seen in Himachal Pradesh. The situation is such that even the waterfalls and rivers have started freezing. The falling temperature in Lahaul-Spiti area has made life difficult for people. In many areas the temperature has fallen from minus 15 degrees Celsius to minus twenty degrees Celsius. Watch video.
