A shocking incident has come to light in a village in Mahoba, UP. Here a 44 -year -old man made his 18 -year -old daughter a victim of lust. The victim somehow came out of her clutches and reached the maternal uncle. When he heard his tragedy, he was also stunned. On the basis of the victim’s tahrir, a police case has been arrested and arrested the accused.
Circle officer of Mahoba Nagar area Deepak Dubey said that the wife of the accused had gone out of the house. His daughter was alone at that time. Seeing the opportunity, he raped her. He also threatened to tell him about the incident. But the victim somehow managed to tell maternal uncle as her objection. He immediately informed the police at the local police station. The police arrested the accused and sent them to jail.
Let us tell you that a similar case came up in Deoria district on 3 February. Here a 13 -year -old girl accused her own father of rape. Following the complaint of the victim’s mother, the police had registered a case against the accused father under the relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act. After this, the police arrested the accused father.
SP Vikrant Veer had told that a woman had complained to a police station in the district that her 13 -year -old daughter was raped. The accused of rape is her husband. On receiving the complaint, the police immediately registered the case and started investigating on the spot. The forensic team also inspected the scene. Evidence compiled. After this, the accused named was caught.
Similarly, last month, a father in Ballia district made a minor daughter a victim of lust in the absence of his wife. On the basis of the victim’s mother’s tahrir, the police arrested the accused and registered a case under the relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code and the Poxo Act. A police officer had said that the age of the accused is 51 years. The victim is 11 years old. She was living near her maternal grandparents.
The victim’s mother went to meet her relatives in Bangladesh. Meanwhile, his father, who is a truck driver, went to his in -laws to meet his daughter. He raped her several times from 1 September to 1 November. The victim’s girl continued to endure the cruelty due to fear. Station in -charge Vipin Singh said that in the meantime his mother returned. When she heard the incident, the mother’s senses flew away. She took her to the local police station.
