Delhi’s team has fun

Chasing the RCB’s 200 runs, Mumbai’s team could score 188 for nine despite the half -century of Nat Skivar Brant (69) in front of Sneh (three wickets for 26), Kim Garth (two wickets for 33) and Alice Parry (two for 53), in front of the sharp bowling. Earlier, Smriti also shared a 59 -run partnership for the second wicket with Parry (49, 38 balls, five fours, one six) in the 37 balls, besides scoring 53 runs from six fours and three sixes, which RCB scored 199 runs for three wickets.
RCB batsmen washed
Richa Ghosh contributed 36 runs, while Georgia Warehame scored an unbeaten 31 runs in 10 balls with five fours and 31 runs to take the team’s score close to 200 runs. Mumbai did not start well, chasing the target. The team scored 45 runs for two wickets in the power play, losing the wickets of two experienced batsmen Haley Mathews (19) and Amelia Ker (09).

Sneh Rana caught Matthews at Square leg at the hands of Heather Graham while Amelia also caught Smriti off the off -spinner. Captain Harmanpreet also caught wicketkeeper Richa off Kim Garth after scoring 20 runs. Skivor Brant, however, kept one end. He completed the team’s century in the 13th over with fours and sixes from Heather Graham.
Skver Brant scored his fifth WPL half -century in 29 balls with fours on affection. She also hit a four and six off the consecutive balls of Alice Parry in the 15th over but caught the bowler back on the next ball. He hit 35 balls and hit nine fours and two sixes.
Mumbai needed 71 runs to win in the last five overs. Sneh then broke Yastika Bhatia (04) on her own ball and broke the right hopes of Mumbai’s victory. Earlier, Mumbai captain Harmanpreet Kaur won the toss and decided to bowl first, after which Smriti and Sabineni Meghna (26) added 41 runs in 3.4 overs to give RCB a fast start.

In the same over, the team’s run -up of the team was completed but Smriti was caught by Shabnim. Parry and Richa then carried the innings forward. Parry hit a six on Shabnim while Richa hit two fours on Parunika.
Richa hit two fours and a six on Shabnim in the 17th over, but in the next over, Matthew was caught by NAT Skivor Brant off Mathews, which ended her 53 -run partnership with Parry. Georgia then showed stormy attitude. He hit two fours on Amanjot Kaur in the next over and then hit three fours and a six in Amelia’s final over. He had an unbreakable partnership of 46 runs in just 16 balls with Parry. RCB added 70 runs in the last five overs. Matthews was the most successful bowler for Mumbai to take two wickets for 37 runs. Amelia Kerr took one wicket for 47 runs.
