Schools up to 8th standard in Prayagraj amidst Mahakumbh, UP board examinations issued with advisory – Prayagraj Mahakumbh Uttar Pradesh Board Exams ICSE and CISCE Exam Exam Latest Advisory NTC

Mahakumbh 2025 is very grand and enthusiastic so far, millions of devotees are reaching the confluence of faith, which has created an atmosphere of crowd and chaos in Prayagraj Nagar. Due to this, the administration has taken several steps so that the mob management can be done smoothly. So far, more than 54 crore devotees have joined Mahakumbh. Meanwhile, important examinations are to be held in the district, whose schedule has to be changed.
On the instructions of the District Magistrate, BSA Praveen Kumar Tiwari issued an advisory saying that all schools up to class 8 have been closed till 20 February. School officials have decided to conduct the examinations up to class 8 after Mahakumbh, so that both students and teachers can avoid trouble. ICSE-Cise and UP Board 8th students will now participate in the examinations conducted after Mahakumbh. Online classroom facility has also been provided for them. At the same time, examinations of the second and fourth semester of DLED have also been postponed.

Relief for ICSE and Cise Board students
Apart from these, the ICSE and CISE Board have announced that the students who will not reach the examination centers due to the jam will be conducted again. On the instructions of the District Magistrate, BSA Praveen Kumar Tiwari has directed to operate online classes in view of any possible obstruction. Teachers will be present in schools and will do important tasks like DBT, Aadhaar seeding.
UP board examinations from 24 February to 12 March
UP board examinations will be held from 24 February to 12 March, in which 54,32,519 students have registered. Meanwhile, CBSE Board examinations have already started from February 15. Traffic advisory has been issued in Prayagraj and other cities in view of traffic problems, so that students do not face any inconvenience during the examination. Students have been asked to leave the house ahead of time.

ICSE exam will run till 27 March
ICSE examinations have started from 18 February, in which the first paper was English. These exams will run till 27 March 2025. The board has issued guidelines for the candidates so that they can avoid any kind of problem. They have been advised to reach the examination center half an hour ahead of time. The education system is also being affected due to the increasing crowd and its influence due to Mahakumbh. It is the effort of the administration that the process of education should not be interrupted amidst these chaos and the future of students should be safe.
