A source said, “We have identified Bhajanpura, Dilshad Garden, Jagatpuri, Khajuri Khas, Zafarabad, Jahangirpuri, Azadpur, Ceilampur, Okhla, Chand Bagh, Khajuri, Mustafabad, Shiv Vihar, Jafarabad, Maujpur, Brahmapuri, Trilokpuri and Jamia Nagar as sensitive areas.” Senior police officers are about to sit with local committees.
The police officer said that drones will be used to monitor sensitive sites. Strict action will be taken against those who try to incite religious or communal tension. Officers in plain clothes will be deployed for additional surveillance. These officials will monitor any suspicious activity to ensure timely intervention.
