In Ghaziabad, a man described himself as the son of two families who had gone missing 31 years ago. Now a new twist has emerged in this matter. Police investigation revealed that the person used to cheat people through fake means. He has been cheated in this manner at many places before. The police have arrested him.
According to the agency, Assistant Police Commissioner Nimish Patil said that the incident came to light on November 24. A man named Raju approached Ghaziabad’s Khoda Commissionerate police station and claimed that he was kidnapped 31 years ago and was living in Rajasthan. Was taken hostage in Jaisalmer.
From there he somehow escaped from the clutches of the kidnappers. After this he reached Delhi in a truck and has now come to Ghaziabad. After the man’s claim, the police released his photographs for his identification. When the photographs were released, Tularam, a resident of Shaheednagar, Ghaziabad, claimed that he was his missing son Bhim Singh alias Pannu. After this, Khoda police handed over the person to Tularam’s family. After a few days, Tularam had some doubts.

The ACP said that on November 27, Tularam contacted the police and said that the person who was pretending to be his son for five days was probably someone else. After this the police called the suspect for questioning. During interrogation, the suspect initially repeated the same story, but later he told the truth.
He told the police that he is Indraraj, a resident of Jaitsar, Rajasthan, he is the son of Chunnilal Meghwal. He told that he has been involved in theft incidents since a young age, due to which his family members threw him out of the house in the year 2005. Police have also come to know that Indraraj has committed many such crimes.
The ACP said that in the year 2021, he had stolen some documents and jewelery from a relative’s house in Rawatsar, Rajasthan. He has also committed fraud in many places including Dehradun, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana. There he lived with different families posing as their missing son or relative.
Before coming to Delhi, Indraraj was living in Dehradun for four months at the house of a woman named Asha Sharma as her son Monu. He has lived in many places pretending to be Pankaj Kumar and Rampratap. He either stole valuables from everywhere or disappeared without informing anyone. Now the accused is in police custody. He has a criminal history of many years. This entire matter is being investigated.
