Ten people, including two children, were killed and four others were seriously injured in a shooting on Wednesday following a fight at a bar in the western Montenegrin city. Police Commissioner Lazar Sepanovic said Martinovic had been in a bar all day with other guests but after a fight he went home and returned to the bar at 5:30 pm with a weapon and opened fire.
Police say the attacker killed four people in the bar before going out and then opened fire at three more places. He tried to kill four more people and then fled from the spot with the help of a vehicle. However, we have located the vehicle.
Police said that the suspect was sentenced in 2005 for violent behavior and he had appealed against the sentence given in the illegal weapons case. The attacker was known for erratic and violent behavior.
