Shreyas Iyer will play at number three
Kolkata Knight Riders won the title last season under Iyer’s captaincy. Iyer then batted in the middle order. Desperate to work with Shreyas
The former Australian captain said, ‘I was desperate to work again with Shreyas. We had very good working relationships in Delhi for a long time. Punjab Kings will play their first match against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on 25 March. Punjab is also one of the IPL teams that have not won the IPL title till date.
