Sonakshi Sinha celebrated her husband Zaheer Iqbal’s birthday on Tuesday by sharing a series of sweet pictures of the couple. The actor took to Instagram to express her love, adding to the joyful memories of their life together after tying the knot in June 2024, on the same date they began dating seven years ago.

Sonakshi Sinha shared a heartfelt post on Instagram for her husband Zaheer Iqbal’s birthday. The first picture featured the couple smiling at the camera, with Sonakshi resting her head on Zaheer’s shoulder. In another, she planted a big kiss on his cheek and gave him a warm hug. Sonakshi captioned the post, “After your mom, I’m the happiest you were born! Even happier that I married you. Happy Birthday best boy – I love you.”
Zaheer Iqbal responded to Sonakshi Sinha’s heartfelt birthday post with a sweet message, stating, “I love you more.”
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal both starred in the film Double XLwhich was co-produced by Huma Qureshi. Zaheer, the son of businessman Iqbal Ratansi and a close friend of Salman Khan, was launched by Salman in his debut film. Notebookwhere he starred alongside Pranutan Bahl. Sonakshi was introduced to Zaheer by Salman at a party, and the two eventually became a couple.
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal got married on June 23, 2024, the same date they started dating seven years ago. To celebrate the special occasion, they hosted a grand reception at the Mumbai restaurant Bastian. In a heartfelt joint Instagram post, they shared: “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017), in each other’s eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife.”
