The youth, a resident of Bareilly, was married to a young woman from Baradari police station area on 25 January. The young man said that when he went to the wife to the honeymoon, the wife not only refused to have a physical relationship but threatened that even if she touched her, she would consume poison and would implicate the in -laws in false cases of rape and molestation.

The victim’s youth alleges that his wife was already in love with a young man from her locality. She has once run away from home and stayed with her. The family forcibly got married, but even after marriage, the woman wants to live with the same lover. When the husband told his family about his wife’s antics, he tried to convince the woman, but he threatened that if he was pressurized, he would die and implicate the entire in -laws’ side. After this, the woman’s maternal side also started threatening the young man and her family.
Wife’s family accused of criminal tendency
The husband has told in his tahrir that people from his wife’s maternal side are of criminal tendency. He threatened not only him but also his parents and relatives. Even his father was asked to send jail on false charges of molestation. The young man told that his mother is a heart patient and the whole family is under mental stress for two and a half months. The wife is putting pressure on a new way every day. She threatens relatives on the phone, says that if the husband insists on staying together, she will commit suicide and will blame her husband.
The police inspector has confirmed that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint of the youth. The police is investigating the entire case and all the parties are being questioned.
