Under the code of conduct related to the minimum over speed of IPL, if the first crime is from the captain of a team, then a fine of Rs 12 lakh is imposed on it. If a second time in an IPL season is a crime of slow over rate from that captain, then a fine of Rs 24 lakh is imposed. If there is a mistake for the third time, the concerned captain is banned for a match.
